We get about 10 ticket a week about spam that got let through by our barracuda. (we are not base in or do any business with Russia) It blocks more than it lets through for sure but it lets a lot through and it's anti fishing blocks a lot of legit email, like amazon order confirmations, legit ones, but will allow a user requesting personal information coming from Russia. We've been using it for so long it's hard to compare to other products but it lets a lot of spam through. We had someone send an malicious email to our users that got quarantined but it was just sitting out there waiting for users to deliver it to themselves until we could get a good support person to remove it. The biggest way they are lacking from our perspective is to effectively remove messages out of people quarantines.
